Early Intervention Central Billing Office Help Desk

The Early Intervention Central Billing Office Help Desk, which provides support to Early Intervention direct service providers, Child and Family Connections office staff and the families of EI participants, is in the process of modernizing its call center operations. 

The week of October 17, 2005, the speech recognition component will be activated for the Early Intervention Central Billing Office Help Desk toll-free line (1- 800-634-8540).  Once the transition is complete, calls placed to the Help Desk will be answered by the new automated “speech attendant”, who will notify callers of the menu options.  Instead of using the phone key pad to make a menu selection, callers will now use voice commands to navigate the menu options.
